Coastal Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 634 AM EDT/534 AM CDT/, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near O Tower to 24 nm southwest of S Tower, moving east at 50 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts in excess of 65 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage vessels...and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 65 knots and suddenly higher waves. Boats could sustain catastrophic damage or capsize.
