Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Waco, Robinson, Bellmead, Mexia, Lacy-Lakeview, Groesbeck, Teague, Fairfield, West, Mart, Beverly Hills, Wortham, Riesel, Coolidge, Hallsburg, Fort Parker State Park, Lake Mexia, Lake Limestone, Richland-Chambers Reservoir and Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir.
